
It’s autumn and a great time to get out fishing. The latest edition of Fishing SA magazine is out now in newsagents and tackle stores and inside you’ll find the usual round up of hot spots and species to target now that the weather is getting cooler in South Australia.
As I always say, even if you’re not a fisher, the magazine shows some of South Australia’s best beaches, coastal regions, and rivers to visit for spectacular scenery. You can guarantee that if you stay and eat in these regions that the seafood will be fresh and tasty.
Speaking of freshly caught and cooked, in this issue I’ve contributed another recipe, tried and tested on our beach holidays.
The recipe this time is for fish tacos with a refreshing salsa, a great way to make a smaller catch go a long way.
