Fishing SA magazine Recipe

While we were travelling in Queensland, I was thrilled to find out that another recipe of mine was included in the August / September issue of Fishing SA magazine.

This simple and tasty recipe for squid risotto is one to try if you’re looking for a different way to prepare squid.

Although the magazine won’t be on the shelves in newsagents now, you can still find a copy at your local library and have a read about all the places and ways to catch fish, and other seafood in South Australia. If you don’t want to miss future issues, why not go online and subscribe to South Australia’s favourite sportfishing magazine or get the digital version.

You don’t have to be a fisher to enjoy the recipe of course, just grab some squid tubes from wherever you buy your seafood and enjoy.
