While we were travelling in Queensland, I was thrilled to find out that another recipe of mine was included in the August / September issue of Fishing SA magazine.

This simple and tasty recipe for squid risotto is one to try if you’re looking for a different way to prepare squid.

Although the magazine won’t be on the shelves in newsagents now, you can still find a copy at your local library and have a read about all the places and ways to catch fish, and other seafood in South Australia. You don’t have to be a fisher to enjoy the recipe of course, just grab some squid tubes from wherever you buy your seafood and enjoy.
