New Stories in Print 2024

The start of 2024 has been a busy one with stories appearing in a couple of magazines that I’ve been lucky to regularly write for.

I’ve had some recipes included in the past few editions of Fishing SA magazine and the February / March issue has another one inside for you to try..

This time you can try a tasty squid and vegetable stir fry which is quick and easy and can be on the table in minutes. I’m thrilled to say that more recipes will be featured in upcoming issues and perhaps a story or two as well.

Another publication in stores at the moment is the ‘Guide to Free Campsites 2024’ which is produced by On The Road magazine. This guide lists more than 2000 free or low cost campsites, Australia wide, and a campsite I reviewed can be found in there too.

It’s been a busy few weeks for me with a couple of stories and my photos to appear in new publications that I approached with ideas. I’m happy to say that they’ve accepted my stories and as soon as they appear in print or online, I will let you know.

Writing for magazines is a great way to showcase your work and reach a wider audience Not only does it give you the chance to hone your writing skills, but it also provides the opportunity to build your portfolio, expand your network, and earn some extra income.
