2026 is shaping up to be a year of firsts, including the first time I have been on radio.
A couple of weeks ago I received an email from a producer on ABC Radio Adelaide, who had found my website and wondered if I’d be interested in talking on a radio program one morning.
The show was Mornings, and the presenter is Rory McClaren and on a Tuesday morning it’s travel talk time. The program was looking for someone to talk all things caravanning and they were after someone who was South Australia based, to chat with the presenter and then listeners are invited to call in and participate in the discussion.

If you’re interested in hearing the chat, the link is here and you can fast forward to around the 1:06:33 time mark to hear from the start.
Enjoy
Glenys

Good to listen to you, Glenys. I’m not a caravanner but I’ve stayed in many a park over the years so very interesting.

Thank you Coral, it’s never good to generalise, but when you’re put on the spot…😁

Thanks Trevor, I don’t think there’s any danger of that. 😁

That’s just fantastic, dear Glenys. I’ve never been on a radio, but I imagine it must be an exhilarating experience. Being invited as a guest immediately positions you as a knowledgeable voice in your field. Thanks for sharing, and have a good day 🙂 Aiva xx
