Camp Recipes – The Wanderer magazine

I’m thrilled to have started 2025 with some more camp recipes in print. The magazine of the CMCA, which is available to members only, has two tasty dishes that I’ve contributed, both easy one pan meals.

The January issue of The Wanderer magazine which is available online or in print, features a couple of my favourite recipes for when we’re travelling.

The first camp recipe is for a French style creamy chicken bake and the second a never fail, no fuss mushroom risotto.

They are both go to favourites because they’re easy to prepare while you’re sitting around at camp and are pretty much set and forget recipes, which are the best kind enabling you to relax and not miss out on any of the fun.
