It’s full of great tips for autumn caravanning destinations in Australia and a couple of tasty recipes that I’ve provided.
One is a bit decadent yet easy to make, a tray bake using chicken, prosciutto, brie and in season pears. It’s rich, tasty and warming, just what you need for cooler evenings.

The second recipe is a simple pizza topped with more autumnal flavours of pumpkin, pesto, haloumi and spinach. It looks like autumn on a plate.

As per usual they are really quick and simple dishes to whip up on a caravan holiday, because really, who wants to be deliberating over what’s for dinner and wasting valuable touring or socialising time cooking.
If you visit my publications and media page, you can access some of previous recipes that have appeared in magazines.
Enjoy,
Glenys

I love the idea of pizza topped with pumpkin and hallumi, Glenys, as those two are my girl’s favourite things to eat. Thanks for sharing, and have a wonderful day 🙂 Aiva xx
